New Mexico Freedoms Alliance (NMFA)
NMFA Monthly Leaders Meetings
New Mexico Freedoms Alliance (NMFA) hosts monthly Zoom meetings for NM group leaders on Mondays at 5pm to coordinate statewide actions, learn about specific ways to support each other, etc. Next meeting is scheduled for Monday May 18th. Please contact Sarah Smith: concernedfornm@gmail.com
NMFA Quarterly Schools Meeting
NMFA hosts Zoom meetings for NM teachers, school personnel, and parents to discuss concerns about and ways to improve education in New Mexico.
Zoom meetings are quarterly on Mondays at 6pm. Teachers, school personnel, parents, and school board members who are interested in joining these meetings contact Sarah Smith: concernedfornm@gmail.com

It will be an evening dedicated to honoring New Mexico’s fallen first responders and supporting scholarships for their children who lost a first responder parent.

Meets monthly to foster community and share information and upliftment. 2026 meetings are featuring natural health presentations and spiritual discussions. Contact Karen to receive meeting invites or to be a presenter.
The Library Guild - Albuquerque
The Library Guild meets weekly on Wednesdays, from 12:30 until 2:30 or 3pm and is currently working on education projects. We rotate libraries so please contact Ramona for the location or details.
We are working on educating people and working with conservative candidates, including DTS (Independents) and un-designated minor parties for the upcoming primary election.
Early Voting starts May 5 at the county clerk’s offices. Expanded early voting starts May 16. Early voting ends May 30. June 2 is election day.
5/8: Several members will be at the Race for the Roundhouse Legacy Church Central campus, hosted by Elias Sisneros.

2026 Judith Nowers: Scholarship Winner
Bella Clark is officially our 2026 scholarship essay contest winner. She will be graduating this spring from the Academy for Technology and the Classics, a Santa Fe charter high school. Bella was accepted at five different colleges, including Baylor and Loyola Marymount University. She will be making a decision soon and plans to major in Business.
Miss Clark has been very active in community service including volunteering at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter, helping the homeless, and assisting special needs children. In addition, she has worked on her school’s student council. Bella enjoys soccer, track and photography. We congratulate her as this year’s winner.

New Mexico Voices by Independent Women's Network, Las Cruces Chapter

The next New Mexico Voices meeting will be May 19th at 6pm. During this month’s meeting, Kristy Ojinaga and Sarah Smith will share a timely discussion on the mutilation of minors, gender ideology being pushed in schools, and how to fight back.

Coalition of Conservatives in Action (CCIA)
CCIA advocates for positive change in Las Cruces in the areas of crime, homelessness, public policy, education, and other key issues affecting the local community. Advocacy at City Council, School Board, and County Commission are an important part of this mission along with educating our community in areas of importance.
