EXPLICIT BOOKS IN NEW MEXICO SCHOOLS

Keeping porn out of schools isn't "book banning," it's just common sense.
Public schools all across New Mexico have age-inappropriate, sexually explicit books in the school libraries. This includes schools in Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Rio Rancho, Santa Teresa, Gallup, Gadsden, Chaparral, and elsewhere. Children down to age 11 years old can be exposed to pornographic and harmful content through these books.  Most parents would never anticipate this type of content being present in schools.

For instance, over
95+ age-inappropriate books are in Las Cruces Public School libraries, over 125+ age-inappropriate books are in Albuquerque Public School libraries, and over 150+ age-inappropriate books are in Rio Rancho Public School libraries. These are books with detailed descriptions of rape, sex acts between adults and children, children using hard drugs and sex toys, children engaging in cutting and suicidal behaviors, excessively violent imagery, etc.
