Dear New Mexicans,
Mask mandates have recently been reinstated in some schools and businesses across the U.S., including Morris Brown College in Atlanta and Lion's Gate film studio in California. (See note to Morris Brown College community copied below for your reference.)
There is discussion across the country, at a federal level and within states, of reinstating mask mandates, especially in the case of presumed increases in Covid cases.
As you know, mask mandates and mask-wearing have been shown:
Not to improve Covid trajectories in the places where they are implemented
To endanger the health of children, as well as their educational development in school
To expose wearers to toxic chemicals
Let's get ahead of this and tell our lawmakers and regulators in New Mexico NO, WE WON'T ACCEPT MASK MANDATES AGAIN!
