PLEASE HELP: Sign Petition to Protect Rights to Girls-Only Athletics, Locker Rooms, & Bathrooms

Dear New Mexicans,

As of August 1st, under the new Title IX rules from the Biden administration, girls in school or college are required to compete in sports and share locker rooms/bathrooms with biological males (who identify as girls). This is a huge attack on the rights of girls! Various legal challenges are underway, but in the meantime we want to push back on this here in New Mexico.

THANKS to those who have already taken action on this!

One big change since we last emailed about this: The court-ordered protections (described below) have now been extended to all new members of Moms for Liberty and Young America's Foundation, so it's not too late for families to secure these protections.

1. SIGN THE PETITION TO REJECT THE NEW TITLE IX RULES

2. LET PARENTS KNOW ABOUT TWO WAYS TO PROTECT THEIR GIRLS

A recent Federal court ruling has prohibited the Biden Department of Education from enforcing the new Title IX rules against the states of Kansas, Alaska, Utah, and Wyoming, as well as every school attended by the members of Young America’s Foundation and the children of Moms for Liberty members.

According to an updated court order, as of July 19 2024, these protections will apply to all new members of Moms for Liberty and Young America's Foundation as well.

PARENTS: You can make sure these court protections apply to your child's school by joining Moms for Liberty or having your children join the Young America's Foundation.
