HOW INDEPENDENT/DECLINE-TO-STATE VOTERS CAN VOTE IN THE PRIMARY
On the primary election ballot, you will only see the candidates for the party you are registered with (Democrat, Republican, etc).
If you are registered as not affiliated with any political party (Independent or Decline-to-State), you can only vote in the primary if you change your voter registration to one of the major parties as follows.
You can change your party affiliation in order to vote in the primary. You can do this in advance or you can change your party on voting day.
You can then potentially change your registration back to decline-to-state after the primary election.

"UNCOMMITTED DELEGATE" ON YOUR PRESIDENTIAL BALLOT
When you go to vote, you will see something unusual on your ballot for the Presidential candidates. There is a listing for "Uncommitted Delegate" that will appear below names of candidates.
Although this appears to be a way to indicate that you do not support any of the Presidential candidates listed on the ballot, beware that this is actually a political ploy being utilized by the Pro-Palestinian movement. They will use votes cast for "Uncommitted Delegate" to attempt to demonstrate to President Biden that the people do not agree with his support of Israel.
