Dear New Mexicans,
Efforts are continuing to gather referendum petition signatures to challenge 6 bad laws signed by Governor Lujan Grisham in 2023. These include the HB7 law that:
allows children to access transgender or abortion care without parental consent or notification
requires school nurses and teachers to facilitate access to transgender or abortion care (or be penalized with $5,000 fines)
This is just one of the 6 laws that we believe the people of NM have a right to vote on. You can see summaries of all 6 Bills here: https://www.nmfa.us/petitions
Statewide, many more signatures are still needed in order to get these laws on the November 2024 voting ballot. We only have until June to collect all of the signatures, so we need to make a big final push now.

1. DONATE FOR RADIO ADS: We have an opportunity to run radio ads to encourage more people to sign the referendum petitions. 2. LET US KNOW IF YOUR CHURCH WILL ALLOW SIGNATURES TO BE COLLECTED AFTER SERVICES. Churches have turned out to be one of the best places to gather signatures, especially if the pastor/priest will mention our efforts.
